Stevens Energy Wise

Being Energy Wise

Our new homes are built to Stevens Energy Wise standards of construction for greater energy efficiency and homeowner savings. These homes include features that typically exceed the energy code requirements of a standard home built to North Carolina Residential Building Code. A third party agency conducts pressure testing to ensure the production of a high-performance sealed home, and every home is issued an energy rating certificate to confirm the efficiency of the home.
