In October 2017, Stevens Fine Homes joined Cape Fear Habitat for Humanity and celebrated their 30th Anniversary with a 30 - Hour Build and built a home for a local family.
The 30 - Hour Build began on Thursday, October 19, and after 28 hours and 50 minutes the house was complete on Friday, October 20. Throughout the 30- Hour Build, Stevens Fine Homes and its participating trade partners and volunteers worked through the night to build a brand new home for a family who had been accepted into the Habitat for Humanity Homeownership Program.
A dedication ceremony was held for the 30 - Hour Build on Saturday, October 20 and included a celebration for Habitat for Humanity's 30th Anniversary, honoring Ashley, the happy new homeowner, and all those who participated. Stevens Fine Homes wishes Ashley a happy future in her new home.
