Since 1986, the Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association has showcased the region’s finest new homes through the Annual Parade of Homes. This year’s Parade featured 84 homes with a combined value of $42 million dollars, each judged in a competition of craftsmanship, materials and features.
Stevens Fine Homes is proud to have received the Gold Award for the Beaufort model in Tralee Place, and the Bronze Award for the Mt. Vernon model in Mallory Creek Plantation, during the Annual Awards Banquet held Friday, April 28th at the Wendell Daniels Ballroom at Union Station.
Stevens Fine Homes' President and Owner Craig Stevens was also inducted into the Hall of Fame. This is considered to be one of the most prestigious honors in home building.
