2021 MAX! Awards
Stevens Fine Homes was honored to take home 13 awards in a variety of categories at the 2021 MAX! Awards.
The Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association hosted its 2021 MAX! Awards Gala on Thursday, June 17th at Daniels Hall in Union Station on the campus of Cape Fear Community College. The MAX! Awards were presented by the Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association and the Cape Fear New Home Sales & Marketing Council. The competition honors the outstanding marketing performance of the association’s members and industry professionals throughout the region. The MAX! Awards recognize the best in media, marketing, and individual achievement within the home building industry.
Stevens Fine Homes was honored to take home 8 MAX! Awards and 5 NAHB Sales Recognition Awards. The National Association of Home Builders sets criteria for sales recognition categories for new home sales people and managers, recognizing sales volume from $1 Million to more than $20 Million.
