We recently purchased a new home from Stevens Fine Homes in Sawyers Run, Hampstead, N.C. Ken, the superintendent for building homes in our community, could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable to help us make some changes to the house (it was a spec house) both before and after we closed.. Lisa and Shannon, in the back office, sent us all the information we needed to make the final decisions and provide us with documents and the names of their building subs so we could make some personal changes to the house. We will move in the end of the month..so far they have done an outstanding job.

Honestly, this is our very first house and wow — the people and quality have been amazing. Kenny especially has been our favorite: funny, kind, hardworking, and always so helpful! Thank you, Kenny! And thank you to everyone at Stevens Fine Homes for making our first home feel like a dream come true.

I cannot be more pleased with how well Steven's Fine Homes and staff have been through our whole experience in getting into our new home! I was worried about our house during the hurricane but the builders have outdone themselves when it came to building us a hurricane proof house! We couldn't have asked for better with the Stevens family for our home at The Creek at Willowick! As first time home buyers, there are so many things that are told in fear of dealing with a builder. I can say, with confidence, that Stevens answered all of our MILLION questions (thank you Courtney & Logan!!), kept us in the loop with all updates and progress, as well as follow through on what was asked of them. This is my first Stevens home and your homes are the best quality and value with the fewest defects and problems of any builder I've bought from in the past. I've bought new homes from Horton, Lennar and many smaller builders and you are the best of them all.

The open floor plan of the Nicklaus fit our lifestyle perfectly and included an enormous playroom for our son. The building process went smoothly and we were able to move in exactly when promised.
