2022 Parade of Homes Tour
Stevens Fine Homes was honored to have won five awards in three categories during the
2022 Parade of Homes presented by the Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association.
The Parade of Homes encourages anyone and everyone to view a diverse group of homes built by local
builders in the Cape Fear Region. The event has been a beloved local tradition since 1986.
Consumers were able to tour new homes throughout Southeastern North Carolina during two exciting
weekends, starting April 30th through May 1st, and the second weekend May 7th through May 8th. In addition to public tours, the event is also a competition among home builders for coveted Gold, Silver and Bronze Awards. This year’s award banquet was held May 6th at the Wilmington Convention Center,
located in Downtown Wilmington. Stevens Fine Homes is proud to be the recipient of the following
